How I Use AI Every Day — and How It Can Help You in the Future
I have been using AI for a very long time — not just for fun, but for real work in my business. If I told you everything AI has helped me do, you would be surprised. In this post I want to share how I use it, the mistakes I see people make, and how you can start using AI the right way.
How AI helped me in my business
I import and sell my own branded products. Before AI, it was hard. I watched YouTube videos that were difficult to understand, and sometimes I ordered the wrong products.
Today I use AI to:
- Choose the right products and know where to source them from
- Understand the manufacturing process, step by step
- Fix machine problems — AI has guided me through installation errors
- Build my brand — logos, packaging and branding ideas
- Brainstorm — I share my ideas with AI and we make them better together
Since I started, ordering the wrong products has reduced a lot.
What many people don't notice is that AI has the data. It can quickly go online, gather all the information and bring you facts and data — even data about your own country.
I wrote a book and built a website with AI
I have a lot of details to share, and I will keep giving updates on this blog. For now, let me talk about two things.
My book. I used AI to help me write my book. We shared ideas, and I posted the book for sale the same day.
This website. For a long time I struggled to build a website. Buying expensive templates, paying for hosting, paying a graphic designer to help me build it. This website would have taken a long time. I was about to use Lovable and Bolt for the front end, and I still didn't know how I would do the backend. Today, with Claude, I have built this website — and it is live.
That means my failures will be seen fast, and my problems will be solved fast. I now have 10 domain names, and I am building SaaS websites to help the world. It is moving very fast and smooth. My plan is for all 10 websites to give me passive income in the future.
I built this website because of these tools, and to show how important it is to use them to get to the top. I am a product of what I am promoting.
The AI tools I use
- Gemini — for modifying product designs
- ChatGPT — for prompts
- Claude — what I use most now
AI can be your teacher and your mentor
As a business person and an entrepreneur, you need to learn and study AI every day — even just a few minutes of your time. Make good use of your time instead of wasting it, and work on your mindset.
AI can study your bad patterns and criticise you honestly. It won't fake it. It will make sure you stay focused on your tasks and goals, and it will help you build them. You don't always need a friend or a mentor — you can build and learn a lot from AI.
I even used AI to learn English, like a kid in school. If you want to learn this way, I recommend using a tablet and voice mode. You will enjoy the benefits, and the study will be smooth.
The mistake most people make
One thing people do is chase other people's prompts. Everybody copies the same prompts, they all end up with the same generic AI answers, and they still don't understand anything.
My advice: stop just telling AI "do this". Ask it to teach you. Study AI inside your own skills and the work you are doing right now — that is how you get better results and stay ahead of people. Any new skill you see, you can ask AI to teach it to you. Study the product too, and learn like a beginner.
Your first prompt if you are new to AI
If you are new, copy this prompt and start with it:
Teach me how to use prompts like a beginner learning at a university. Make a class for me with a start time and a closing time for each lesson, and give me a class test every week.
You can use the same prompt for any skill. Change "how to use prompts" to "marketing", and AI will teach you marketing like a student.
Simple tips to get started
- Give it 10–15 minutes every day. Small daily study beats one long weekend.
- Tell AI about yourself — your business, your country and your goals. The more it knows, the better the answers.
- Ask it to explain, not just do. Ask "why?" until you understand.
- Check important facts. Ask AI for its sources before you spend money or make a big decision.
- Keep one conversation per project, so AI remembers what you are building.
Final words
There are a lot of things we do wrong, and a lot of things we overthink, and that is why we don't achieve our goals. But we are born to create and to make the world a better place — and with AI we can do it faster.
I have built websites with AI, made a lot of logos for my clients' businesses, and even used it for 3D printing — I will talk about that in my next post. Follow this blog for updates.
When you learn AI well, it can give you results that will shock you.
